Civic Advancement Group was founded by practitioners who spent decades working inside the organizations we now serve — leading fundraising campaigns, building community engagement programs, navigating board dynamics, and wrestling with the real challenges of civic leadership.
We saw firsthand how many civic organizations were operating with outdated strategies, limited resources, and no access to the kind of strategic support that could transform their impact.
